Sora

What is Sora?

Sora includes both audiobooks and e-books to provide high-interest reading material for students. Sora titles also include accessibility supports for students (highlights, vocabulary), customization choices (font style/size, background color), and will save student highlights in their profile. Sora not only compiles school and district libraries for students, but can directly link to KCLS accounts so that students only have to visit Sora to access all of the titles available to them.

How do students access Sora?

Students can use a district or personal device to access Sora (including mobile devices). Sora titles are organized by interest, subject, and reading level, and include many popular new titles. Students can download books after checking them out and read them offline!

Elementary students will access Sora through Clever and will enter their Microsoft credentials following the screen below. Secondary students will access Sora through Classlink.
