Flipgrid

What is Flipgrid?

Flipgrid is a video discussion platform where students can verbalize their learning. It can be used in a variety of ways including personal introductions, book chats, lesson reflections, Q&A, and more. Students create short video clips and can respond to one another through video response.

How do I access Flipgrid?

You can access Flipgrid directly from the web or as an app on your iOS or Android device. It can also be loaded onto classroom iPads for easy use by students. The device will need to have camera and audio capabilities for recording responses into the grid. Teachers have the ability to create a Grid (which is your classroom) and topics within that grid to engage students in discussion. Students will access the grid through a Flip Code shared by the teacher. They will need to log in with their Microsoft account to record.
