GradeCam has a new helpdesk feature that will help us troubleshoot various issues teachers encounter while using GradeCam. In order to use this feature, teachers must turn it on within their account.
We are asking that all teachers turn on the helpdesk feature so that we may more quickly resolve issues. Instructions are below.

Turning on the HelpDesk
Select “Settings” from the drop down under your name in the top right hand corner.
Click Helpdesk and toggle it on.
