It’s not even December yet (barely) but it’s time to start thinking about your summer plans.
We hope those plans will include ITP.
The Issaquah Technology Project (ITP) is an annual, year long immersion program designed to support teacher growth in the use of technology in the classroom. Each year we begin the program with a five-day immersive training at the Sleeping Lady outside of Leavenworth, WA. Teachers who participate in the program receive equipment for their classroom and training to support powerful integration of those new tools at follow-ups throughout the year.
In the past we have held separate weeks for secondary and elementary teachers. This year we’re doing it a little differently, and bringing together both groups into one glorious week of ITP.
That week will be July 29 through August 2nd.
Please save the dates as you begin to make your other summer plans.
Applications for the program will be open starting March 2, 2018 and will remain open until March 30. Applicants will be notified about their status on April 27th.
I went before and I think I am past the number of years for waiting. Can you let me know if I am eligible to go? I don’t recall the exact year but I think it has been 5 years. (2012)
